CONTEXT:
After securing a tender for regular and school routes, an interurban operator requested our services. A Tott up partner since 2022, they utilized the tool to ensure a smooth start-up of operations, integrate new routes, and train drivers, ensuring consistent service quality and driver satisfaction. ITS CHALLENGES :
The operator had just a few weeks to recruit around 40 drivers and train them on the new routes. To make matters worse, the Transit Authority did not have a precise description of the routes, and some of the stops were poorly geolocated. But fortunately, Tott up was there!
